Imelda Maguire BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC

Imelda qualified from the University of Ulster with BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 1999, and started her career in London where she gained a wealth of clinical experience as a senior physiotherapist in busy NHS hospitals, GP clinics, A & E, and private practice. Imelda extended her skills into a military environment, working as a physiotherapist in a London Field Hospital.

Imelda has built up many years of clinical practice in the private sector, and has also progressed and developed her skills in occupational health physiotherapy, treating employees of the emergency services and pharmaceutical industry, including ergonomic assessments and recommendations. She has also completed a wide variety of post-graduate training including core stability and movement control.

Imelda is passionate about her work and enjoys returning patients to their normal activities; whether that is returning to work, sport or hobbies.

When not working, Imelda may be seen in the park with her family, walking her dog or running.

Stephanie Brown – Office Manager

I joined Richmondshire Physiotherapy in October 2014 after working in a Clinical Administrator and Management role for 7 years.

I was able to transfer my existing skills to my new role as Office Manager with Richmondshire Physiotherapy which include dealing with medical records and patient confidentiality. I enjoy liaising with patients and helping with the smooth running of the practice.

I have 2 young children who keep me very busy and we enjoy horse riding and spending time together as a family.
